OpenUI application not coming up in IE7 browser

Hi,
We have upgraded the Siebel development envrionment repository from 8.1.1.4 to 8.1.1.10. After the ugprade, created a new object manager by cloning the exising object manager (FINS Object Manager) and names it as FINSUI Object Manager. Also followed all the steps mentioned in the book shelf configuring the OpenUI application.

Now we have two URLS configured for the application.

Existing URL - High Interactivity application URL runs on FINS Object Manager. The parameters set on this are
Enable OpenUI = False
High Interactivity = True

New URL - New OpenUI url on the new object manager FINSUI Object Manager. The parameters set on this are
