serious printing problem: possible ghostscript (9.0.0) errors on solaris 11.1? Solaris 10, ghostscri

On the Solaris10 system (development) we are creating a *.prn -> File is printed (on our printers in house and on customers printers, too if we send the file via e_mail tu customer).

On customers system the file is sent to printer, printer seems to get data but it does not print the file. If the customer sends us the file via e-mail, we're not able to print it on our printers, too.

Difference between the two systems:

Development: Solaris 10, X86, GhostScript 815.04

Production system: Solaris11.1, SPARC,  GhostScript 9.0

How could we find out what's the problem? Has anyone noticed similar system behaviour, too?
