Adding a look up value to the CWB download

Hi,

We store the division name for each organization at our company in a look up table.  The HR department would like to be able to see the division for each employee on the download from the compensation workbench.  I am not sure how to pull in the division for each employee since it is not defined as a flexfield for the employee's assignment.  Is there any way to pull in the division without storing it an the employee assignment level?
