How to track and display history of changes applied to a contract?

Hi there,

I guess you can help me.

My question is: how to track and display a detailed contract history ?I can see actually application track and shows details related to contract versions. No history are showed for smaller changed like added a new attachment, removed a risk.

And also, it's requested that who, what and when is showed as part of the history.
