Contact Center Anywhere - When Upgrading Do We Need to Install the Base Version First?
We often get this question, when upgrading, say to 8.1.3 FP9 from an earlier version, say 8.1.2 FP2 , do customers need to install the 8.1.3 base version first and then install FP1, FP2, FP3, FP4....FP9 to get to the FP9 installation version?
