Re Rank Sourcing Rules in Oracle Purchasing

Hello Friends,

I wanted to re-rank the sourcing rules as in the screenshot BREMICK PTY should be ahead of HOBSON ENG.

Purchasing super user--> supply base-->sourcing rules

Can you please advise on this.Manually i can just rewrite the allocation percentage and rank and save them.But it seems that the business needs to do it automatically as we have a concurrent request which has an underlying package.

The procedure and screenshot are attached for your reference.
