RVTII 060 FOB Inventory received and accepted but not delivered

Dear All,

We have transferred material through inter org but it is Missing Issue Material Transactions For Intransit Shipments but it is showing in other org where i am receiving. When i receive it. it is allowing to receive but not allowing to deliver. I found error. Upload screen shot of error.
