Item Master Screen is not opening

 Dear all .       We have a new installation of r12(12.1.1) in our company it is working all fine instead a single issue.. In inventory module Master Items/Organisation Items forms are not opening, while we clicking on the forms it is going for a infinite loop ... please suggest the solutions if you have
