Sales Order ATO Line is creating Multiple Discrete jobs

AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders concurrent program is picked already processed sales order lines and creating new jobs. We have identified this issue recently and find that there are many sales order lines for which multiple jobs were created.

Suppose Eg: SO# 1234 has 1 line for which 3 discrete jobs (AA, BB, CC ) were created by Auto Create Final Assembly program. We could also see that the AA, BB are released but for which we could see sales order reservation for only BB where CC was cancelled
