my env is:

bi publisher from obiee 11.1.1.6 x64
weblogic WLS10_11.1.1.5.0_GENERIC_RELEASE

jde e1 9.1 tools 9.1.2.1
weblogic WLS_PRODUCT_VERSION=10.3.5.0


and

i try to import one view report 91allreports.zip to jde

but i have error in the weblogic console where jde html server is installed
