Upgrade tuner amends 'wrong' steps in the driver_upgrep_prod_<version>.ucf file

Hi, just wanted to add the following information I found on one open service request as this may help other people working with tuning their Siebel upgrade processes, partially, this information is already posted on the Siebel Upgrade Advisor, Note 259.1, under the Test phase, 'Tuning the Siebel upgrade files' stub.

Optimize the ddlimp executions in the driver_upgrep_prod_<version>.ucf.
Analyzing the steps available to the driver file for upgrep+upgphys for the Siebel test or production upgrade process, you notice that this has an additional index creation step called 'Synch physical and logical indexes' (File Execute Entry 51 and 52 for the upgrade paths from version 7.8.2 or 8.1.1 on Oracle RDBMS). This step is 'additional' to the step meant to create the new release's Siebel schema indexes previewed with 'File Execute Entry 19' and 20.
