obsolete columns in ap_invoice_distributions_all

price_var_code_combination_id

exchange_rate_variance

rate_var_code_combination_id

The above columns of ap_invoice_distributions_all are no longer used in R12 as per etrm.Can anyone suggest the replacements for these particular columns.
