Alert Log and Incidents
The question I have is with the Database Instance metrics around Incidents and log mining. Currently we have all the incident alerts going to a ruleset and then to a 3rd party ticket. Whenever an ORA-0600 occurs we get several individual alerts within seconds of each other and all are reported as alerts. We like to suppress this behavior and possible mine the logs ourselves via a metric extension or some other process and summarized every 15 mins or so a count of these errors. Does anyone have a solution to this issue?
We are on OEM12c latest PSU patch.
