Looking to monitor Linux IO Multipathing with a custom or default template in OEM 12c

We are looking to monitor Linux IO multipathing with a custom or default template in OEM 12c, does OEM 12c already have this template or metric predefined?.
We would like to receive alarms on SAN path failures/restores, manual hba's resets or Luns removed/added, from the Linux host "side".
Not just the simple messages log.

The creation of a script is the only option available for OEM 12c????.

Any comments or pointing to a good documentation is appreciated.
