R12.1.3 : Issues with applying RPC patches: 14633415:R12.ZX.B, 14082924:R12.AP.B and 16009960

Dear Support,

We tried to apply the following patches in our 12.1.3 test environment:

Patch 16213642:R12.AP.B - this went in fine

But patch 14633415:R12.ZX.B to resolve the issue reported in bug 16315441, Patch 14082924:R12.AP.B to deliver latest Undo Accounting infrastructure and Patch 16009960 error out with the following message:

AutoPatch error:

This patch is not compatible with your current codelines.
--------
This patch is compatible with: entity 'oie' - codeline 'R12.OIE.A'.
Your current on-site codeline for the entity 'oie' is: 'R12.OIE.B'.

Please advise.
