Q: How do I enable DFFs in iSupport?

Trying to enable "Additional Information" DFF in iSupport.Enabled IBU_CF_SR_FLEXFIELDS in IBU_CF_SR_40_G region.
Mapped IBU_CF_SR_40_G region to "Create Service Request: Identify Problem" page.
Bounced apache.
DFF is not displayed.

I tried another scenario:
Made the Context displayed for "Additional Information" DFF.
Then the Context field is displayed and when I populate the Context field the DFF segments are displayed.

I want the DFF Segments to be displayed without selecting the Context.
