Personalization not uploaded correctly.

The developers wrote some customized packages for me to migrate to production. When I run the upload.sh, the log file is giving bunch of message and I am not sure what those means. After the upload, some of the personalization didn't show up. Our EBS is in version 12.1.3 on Solaris 11, database version 11.2.0.3. I  am not sure if this is the right forum to post this. But I want to find out what those message means. Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
