iProcurement punchout will not "punch in"

I am currently testing Oracle punchout catalogs, here are our basic specs:

  • Direct punchout using cXML
  • Standard (non-transparent) punchouts
  • No Oracle Exchange

The problem occurs when I attempt to checkout, which is supposed to result in the selected items returning back to iProcurement as items on a requisition.  What happens instead is that I am completely logged out of iProcurement.  This does not happen on a regular basis, just on particular occasions.  It is happening with multiple catalogs, which would seem to rule out a vendor problem.
