Custom menus using standard functions

 Hi All,

We are on a project implementing Oracle R12 and we have the following languages installed

Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

As part of security and controls, we are creating custom menus using the standard menus and functions. But the issue we are facing is that when a custom menu is created the translation values are not assigned to the functions

However, there is a translation value for the seeded function and it is visible when i  access the application in the specific language.

My question is what do i need to do to make sure that the translation values are available when i create custom menus
