Cost Adjustments to Corporate Book

Is there a way to execute a mass transaction cost adjustment against assets in the Corporate book?  We have a requirement where we need to adjust the cost of assets placed into service this year by a set percentage and the mass transaction change form does not allow you to make that type of adjustment.  We've also looked at the WEB ADI templates but the Asset Addition templates will not allow you to upload a cost adjustment.  I'm getting an error stating Asset number already in use, please enter another.  We are on Oracle version 12.1.3.
