Failure on Communication Server

On Saturday May 28th, we had a production’s problem.Most of the CallCenter users were experimenting great slowness on their workstation. After some investigation, we found out that one of the 4 communication server was not responsive, as confirmed by the srvrmgr output below.

Grep-ing of the Siebel log files have shown very long execution time for the Comm Session Manager BS. Excerpt from the log below (full file in attachment)
