How to set-up fields that can view the detail page

Hi expert users,
We are trying to set-up different field to view Service Request detail page.  I pulled the Service Request as one of the Account Related Info in the Account Detail Page.  In the Service Request section in the Account detail page, currently CRM on Demand use "SR No" to be the field with the link for us to view the SR Detail Page.  I'd like to not use SR No and use different field instead.  Can we set-up a different field (either system generated or custom field) that can be used as the field with the link for us to view
