Creating an Action Bar button to simplify recording calls

 I have created a Global Web Applet for the Action Bar which will present users with a button to click that is supposed to pre-populate certain information into a Task record. The link is working correctly, however is not displaying just the task creation screen. It is displaying the whole of the CRM On Demand web page. I have attempted to build the url code using the QuickCreate methodology, but without success. Any assistance with this would be appreciated.
