When trying to update an employee record from purchasing resp , getting the error as APP-PER-07510:

Hi,
If we are navigating to the Employee screen from purchasing resp and trying to update specific employee, we are getting the following error message
APP-PER-07510: You cannot continue. Future changes exist.

This is happening to three employees where we need to change the positions .

I just tried one more thing by navigating to Human Resource responsibility and tried to update from there and it did allowed for the update but in real we are not using the HR responsibility but we are using the shared HR from the purchasing responsibility.
Please suggest as its happening in prod .
