How to regenerate the corrupt/damage pdf file which was working fine in BIP?

Hi Team,

Previously we were using one pdf file as template in BIP which was working fine. But When i was trying to use the same file for BIP now  it is showing that file is corrupt/damaged. Please suggest how to regenerate the same pdf file as template in BIP.
