Siebel tools and Siebel client 8.2

Hi,

I am trying to install Siebel tools and Siebel client in a Windows 7 32 bit. And, I run the set-up.exe as Administrator. However, when I run the exe file it did not continue. The window closes automatically.

In this, siebel tools and siebel client 8.2 compatible with Windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit?
