Order Management Service contracts error

Hi Everyone,

While creating a service contracts for a sale order, the reprocess form shows below error.

ORA-01086: savepoint 'insert_bill_cont_line_PVT' never established
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OKC_API", line 80
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OKS_BILLCONT_PVT", line 56
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped stored procedure "APPS.OKS_BCL_PVT"
ORA-0650 in Package OKS_BILLCONTLINE_PUB Procedure insert_bill_cont_line;

IB shows the sale item shipping transaction against the Order.But contracts are not created.

Kindly let me know how to correct the error.
