Proactive service and check the explorer collection via FST

HI guys,

I'm working as dedicated FSE for an Italian big customer, I implemented the ASR and the Proactive service with the FST that collect and should send the explorer to popolate the db where they will be analyzed for the Proactive's result.

In the first time of this Implementation I was be able to check this trasmission or better the correct reception of the explorers by the Oracle's collector, simply checking in a internal link and searching via serial number the effective presence of the explorer sent and the date of its expedition.
