Recipe Version selection in ASCP

I want to know the recipe version of an item used by Advanced supply chain Planner,while planning the assemblies and sub_assemblies of product.Is there any field available which shows the recipe version used by ASCP planning process while planning that
particular product.
Can you please tell me the navigation path to follow to reach the information in ASCP workbench.
