R12.1.3 : Invalid views Otfg_enrolled_events And Otfg_ext_training_event_enrols after R12.1.3 upgrad

hi,

We are upgrading our oracle 11i Instance to R12. It has some invalid object which are Otfg_enrolled_events And Otfg_ext_training_event_enrols.
I found one note 559772.1 which says for R12 but the patch defination says its applicable to 11i. Please confirm if we can apply the same in 12.1.3 Instance
