Inventory Period unable to close

Dear All,

We have faced one issue related Inventory period closing after GL transfer we try to close period while closing the period we are getting the unprocessed materials are 59.

so we find this items at Pending transactions (Navigation -- iInventory --transactions--Pending transactions)

and try to resumbit this ITEMS but not sumbitted or not clear this items under the pending transactions please give me solution for this issue.

and we are checked and restarted the Cost manager..
