Install Base Parameter For multiple OU

Hi,
How can I create install base parameter for another OU as to create service contract from sales order, my install base instance should automatically be created.

But in vision instance, I have install base parameter set for Vision Corporation, but I want to work in Vision Operations.

And so service contract is not created.

Kindly suggest what should be done.
