'Oracle Case Management' error

Hi,

While I am creating a case in 'Oracle Case Management', error message is coming as 'API Programming Error (cs_servicerequest_util.validate_org_id): The value "103" for parameter p_org_id is invalid'.

Due to this process is not working.

I have also defined Organizations in 'Organizations' window and entered value of profile 'Service: Default Operating Unit' at site and resp. level.

Can anyone tell me source of error.
