Error in upgrading oracle home 10.1.2

we are upgrading oracle home 10.1.2 form the note 437878.1.When we applying patchset then in ias_admin password screen instance name is incorrect i.e: f12.alabbasgroup.com Correct instance name is aasml.alabbasgroup.com. Host file is fine.pls for  your reference i attahced a sceen short. pls help me in this regard.
