Life event not getting processed

 Hi.

I am getting the following error  after when I try to process New Hire Life event on a employee in UAT instance.

APP-BEN-91534
Unknown data code; cannot calculate date. Date code currently being processed is >. This error is occuring in the following package.procedure
ben_determine_date.determine_date.main. please contact your system administrator.

New Hire LE  
Period Start Date : As of event date
Period End Date : Thirty one days after event date

I tried this also but my issue still persists. Gurus, please help.
