Can't connect on Storage TEK 2540

Hi,
I can't mount or connect my Storage Tek 2540 anymore.
I can't see it on my Oracle Web Java console too. I ve 2 disk with led blue bliking. What's meaning, knowing I'm in RAID 5 mode. Did lost the datas??
