Oracle Error, ORA-07445

Hi Oracle,

My Oracle database 11.1.07 on windows 2008.

I got the Oracle error daily,

Wed May 29 22:08:02 2013
Exception [type: ACCESS_VIOLATION, UNABLE_TO_READ] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x1E684F4, evaopn3()+248]
Errors in file d:\oracle\ora11g\diag\rdbms\mpsa2\mpsa2\trace\mpsa2_j000_5644.trc  (incident=8294):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [evaopn3()+248] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x1E684F4] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []
Incident details in: d:\oracle\ora11g\diag\rdbms\mpsa2\mpsa2\incident\incdir_8294\mpsa2_j000_5644_i8294.trc

DB restarted and server rebooting could not get rid of the error. What I should do?

I am planning to upgrade the database to 11.2.0.3 in two weeks. Could I ignore the error? Can it be gone after my upgrade?
