Price Change made to BPO Template is also reflected on Change Order to BPA Release

Question regarding price change made to BPA Template. When a price change is made to the BPA template between the time the BPA release was created and a Change Order to the BPA release was initiated, the price on the revised BPA release will automatically be updated to reflect the most recent price change from the BPA template. Most revisions are not initiated to change price .. they are to change quantity or need date. Therefore, we need the price to remain as it was when it originally was created. We do not want this price ( from revised BPA release )
