When Ship Confirming We need to attach some documents, After attaching the documents only OK Button

Hi All,

We have a scenario in our Business where for Ship Confirming the sales order we need to attach some documents, After attaching the documents only OK Button should be enabled in the Ship Confirm form. We have tried this with FP, It is working fine for Ship Confirmation, But for backordering also it is asking for attaching the attachments (Which it shouldn't ask for Business).

Could you please let us know how to make this feasible for only Shipping.
