JoinFieldValue function that would pull a User into the 'Opportunity' object when a Specific 'Opport

Trying to figure out how we can use the JoinFieldValue or another function that would pull a User into the Opportunity Object when a Specific Opportuntiy Team member (Team Role = NBO Lead) is added to the Opportunity.  Ideas anybody?
