Can I hide the invoice entry form but still have the functionality?

Hello,

We are implementing Kofax (Scanning Solution) . We need the scan user to have access to the functions of Invoice Entries, because is required for the scanning solution,  but for controls matters, we dont  need the scan users to be able to enter an invoice manually.  Can I hide the invoice entry form but still have the functionality?
