Form Personalization - Run a program after Save is press

I am in Oracle EBS 12.1.3, Oracle DB 11gR2

I am a bit stuck when it comes to personalizing a form in EBS.  I am familiar with personalizations, however can not quite get my head around this one.

I have some payables lookups

A, B and C

I am making Form Level Personalization specific to these lookup type for form FNDLVMLU.  I want to run a program when a value has been updated, inserted or deleted. However, the end user should be notified (Show Message) when the commit happens (saved).  How can I do this?

I have two options I would  try.
