R12 Employee Site Address maintenance

In R12, I understand that Employee Site Address details are no longer displayed and maintained in the Supplier Site form, and that address details will be retrieved from the HR. 

If we only have a shared HR module, which responsibility can we use to maintain the Employee related Addresses?

If we need an employee address that is not Home or Office address, where can we add that kind of Employee Address?

Please advice. Thanks.
