FSG Report - How to make the List of Values for Template Name the same

Hello Gurus,

the would like to have the same exact list of values for the Templates Name in WEB ADI and Form version.

Please see below the 2 screen shots to understand where the user would like to have the same list of values Templates.

Could you tell me the setuip or the configuration steps that could be done.
