ORA-01012

We recently upgraded for AIX 6.1 to AIX 7.1 and hence relinked all oracle binaries.we are experiencing this error intermittently

"ORA-01012: not logged on
Process ID: 9895978
Session ID: 1709 Serial number: 1325"


I am not sure if this issue is related or just a bad timing.

There is no such entry in alert log file. I also noticed that there are only 4 connections connected to Database. processes parameter is set to 1500 and memory target is 3.2GB.
