S_WS_PORT_OPER ]ORA-00001: error during Production Test Uprade from siebel 7.7 SEA to siebel 8.1.1.

Hi all,

i got an error when run DB Server Configuration Utility for upgrade, see the log I copy from the seedupg.log.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue?
