Issue with the Query as the Open Orders and Lines report doesn't pick up PO number with new Sales Or

Dear Friends,

This is a very critical requirement for the business to golive to R12 mid of next week.Can you please help me on this i have attached the query as well.

Open Orders and Lines report doesn't pick up PO number with new Sales Order line status which is PO_OPEN
