How to custom the scale and the data format

Hello,
I have created an rtf template, and put a combination graph inside (and I tuned the xsl code).

Could you please tell me:
- how to force the scale (for example to have the maximum value 10000 instead of 8000)?
- how to change the data format: to have '10000' instead of '10K'?
- how to add a '%' sign after the data : both in the scale (y-axis label), and in the markertext?
