T4-1 : net management access to console does not work

Hello I managed to configure the net management access to my T4-1 ILOMeverything is working perfectly but when I run from "remote control"  the Launch remote console  the window appears and but i cant interact with the console.
If i choose "use serial redirection"option I do see the last messages on console but I cant type anything

Am I missing something?
If you have time to answer or give me an hint asap I would really appreciate
