List Access throughout CRM
I use to have many lists (for accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc) which people could use in various capacities. I have run into an issue where I now want a standard list used for dropdowns, but it appears that the change in the list order did not work for everyone.
So here is an example to illustrate.
I am opening up a new opportunity. I want to select the account from a list call Target Account List (which I thought was made the defalut list for all users as I am the admin and made it the first list). I have seen from some other people that they are still defualting to an older list (which doesnt have all of the accounts).
